1 Opening Statement

This document forms a legal agreement between the bjd99 platform and its users. bjd99 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and live dealer game services to users in Bangladesh.

Users are obligated to keep their login credentials confidential. bjd99 will not be held responsible for unauthorized account access if the user has disclosed their credentials or has not taken adequate security measures.

• Use a strong password — combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
• Never share your password with anyone
• Report any suspicious account activity to the bjd99 support team immediately
• Always log out after signing in on a public or shared device

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bjd99 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• Scanned copy of National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account)

Withdrawals may be held up if verification is not completed. bjd99 may request additional documents for large withdrawal amounts until full verification is confirmed.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are available for depositing funds on bjd99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods)
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name
• Depositing from a third-party account is prohibited and may result in account closure
• After a deposit, the balance is generally updated instantly; if there is any delay, contact the support team

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to the withdrawal process:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Standard processing time: within 1 hour
• Withdrawals are only possible to the same payment method used for the deposit
• If an active bonus is in place, wagering must be completed first
• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000.

Bonus examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → bonus ৳1,000 → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 or more → maximum bonus ৳8,000 → total balance ৳26,000

The welcome bonus applies only once, on each member's first deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not added to the deposit amount.

Wagering Requirement: 20 times (20x)

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Wagering must be completed within a specified time limit — the expiry date will be stated on each offer's page
• Not all games may contribute equally toward wagering — game-specific terms apply
• If wagering is not completed, the bonus and any winnings derived from it cannot be withdrawn

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• bjd99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time
• If bonus abuse (bonus hunting or arbitrage) is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the associated account will be reviewed
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts by the same person or from the same device will be treated as fraud

6.1 Sports Betting Policy

bjd99 allows betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following rules apply to all sports betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, that bet will be settled in accordance with the applicable policy
• bjd99 reserves the right to void bets placed due to a technical error
• Bets may be withheld if unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected

6.2 Casino Game Policy

All casino games — slots, live casino, fishing, and specialty games — are operated using a fair Random Number Generator (RNG). bjd99 is committed to ensuring fair play.

• Each game result is independent and not influenced by previous results
• If a game round is not completed due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded
• In live dealer games, the dealer's decision is final — it cannot be changed except in cases of technical dispute

7 Completely Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjd99 platform and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Completing transactions using a third-party payment method

In case of a violation of these terms, bjd99 may close the account and forfeit all deposits and bonuses without prior notice.

bjd99 may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, bonuses and unearned winnings may be forfeited, however the return of valid deposits will be reviewed.
